Individualized Diet Plans

People respond differently to different diets. For people who are not successful following a structured weight loss program, I have developed a diet plan that is customized to the individual dieter’s needs.

First, together we identify healthy foods they enjoy eating. Then we design a meal plan consisting of three meals per day and two snacks. The caloric intake depends on the amount of weight to be lost, blood type and body type.

This Individualized Weight Loss Program has been particularly successful for clients who need flexibility while losing weight. Clients have lost an average of four pounds per week on this diet plan.

Once the client reaches his or her desired weight, together we decide when to gradually introduce additional starches and sugars until their weight stabilizes at its new set-point.
