“Salt has been misjudged.  Salt provides sodium, magnesium, helps with muscle contraction and expansion, nerve stimulation, proper functioning of the adrenals and other biological processes, such as chloride that produces acids to digest protein and enzymes for carbohydrate digestion and is necessary for proper brain functioning and growth.  I favor Sea Salt because it has a larger mineral content.  Table salt is refined so you lose some of the natural ingredients.”
